hmm..a truck coming at 100km/h is pretty scary..though..

come to think of it..once when iwa s in my dad's 96' SAAB 9000 CDE V6, I was in the back seat, and this truck ..well..somekind of huge construction truck came at 60km/h..and hti the rear right door..where i was sitting..I banned a little of my head against the side..my dad's car got pushed 10-15m's down the road sideways, and well..iw as like..arghhhhhhhhhhh..

and hell..u know how it fells?..at aorund 60km/h..it felt liek the car got hit by a plane!!!!...my whole body got 90% thrown onto the side even though the seatbelt was holding me back and then after the car stopped..i bgot thrown back to the left but luckily, I am onyl had few bruises that are not really noticible on my head and right shoulder and body where the seatbelts were..

and do u know how safe the SAAB was?..I opened the right door after the truck reversed off..and the car opened like it was new..just harder to shut aftre that's all

but all i can say is..100km/h..that's hard to live through though..maybe u won't die but u'll get internal injuries, but to my experience..i'd say most euro cars getting hit sideways at 100km/h by a truck..very low chance of surviving or coming out un-hurt

My 3rd Gen civic didn't stack up too well, with 2 seperate incidents. front left collision, cause this stupid P plater, decides to pull out right infront of me from a servo, onto a major hwy. She came out with a bit of a dint on the guard above her tyre. I come out with whiplash for 3 months, left panel stuffed, lights, front bumper stuffed

Other incident. Parked at a traffic light, get hit in the back by a 95 shape commodore. Get thrown foward....not good for neck already

Bottom half of the back of car all pushed in $3k damage....number plate fell off the commodore that's it.

Top one was bad though...freaked me out...almost ended up sliding into a parked semi-trailer in the middle lane
