me too, my dad's car got hit like that and the lady actually came into his work and found him to tell him, gashed the rear quarter and door of his 1997 Eclipse Spyder GS-T, they never were able to match the paint good enough, so he had them paint the entire car over on her insurances' expense if they can't match it they have to paint it so it all matches

geese jeff, sounds like you might be copping it worse than me this month. comes in three's huh?
1) FTO got stolen. 2 weeks back digital cameras and crap in the car. 2) MY MR2 got reversed into while parked last week. just paint damage to front bumper where it bent. ummm 3?? can i go back to losing my license and put that as 1 please??

Just heard from his insurance company.
They are taking care of 100% of the damage at the repair center of my choice

Hmm, sounds kinda fishy to me, in the aspect of his eagerness to admit his guilt and get out of there..... did you happen to get his plate, might want to see if there was a reason he wanted to advoid the law so badly.....

Nah ... he lives at the other end of the block and the police officer ended up showing up.
That's actually one of my favoite parts ... he is admitting guilt on tape, his wife is behind him nodding in agreement ... all while the policeman was pulling up behind him  I think he just finally resigned himself to the fact that I was not going to let him push the "no fault" argument. I suspect he could have pushed a lot of people out of what was just. This is why you never back down when you know you are right.
