Re: Is this illegal?

What about saying "Fuck You"? The other day at school I was accussed of gang violence so the cop and one of the Assistant Principals are basically interogating me inside of the A. Principals' office.

When I didn't admit being involved (I wasn't) the cop started swearing at me, demanding I tell the "Fucking truth".

I started to say fuck you but I thought there was some charge, so I just said "I am telling the fuckin truth"

Re: Is this illegal?

saying fuck you is a form of verbal assault, technically at leats in virginia you can make a citizens arrest on yoru boss if her cursed you. happend before. flipping the bird to you might mean something totally different to anotehr person, especially from a different country. that main reason why theres nothing wrong with it, for all the otehr person knows you were pointing at teh sky. but verbally sayhing it, then you can be cited for verbal assault/abuse, not a huge fine but not something you exactly wanna sit in court over

Re: Is this illegal?

well just a word of advice too, if you wanted to really get even, NO cop period anywhere is trained taht its ok to use profane language, i dont konw wher eyou live but here if a gcop curses you, you have all teh right in teh world to go to his HQ and ask to speak to his immediate supervisor which is usually a lieutenant or sgt. tell them what happend aas stupid as it sounds they are required by code of ethics to investigate teh matter, nothing will come of it but he will get in trouble with his superiors and if enough cases are brought against him, he can be demoted. if i were you id make a formal complaint against him to his superior officer, especially if you have credible wittnesses, hell for that matter you coudl go to town clerks office and ask the magistrate to swear out a warrnt against him, probaly woudlnt amount to a hill of beans but it sure is funny when THEY get a warrnat to be in court

If I were a cop and you made a written formal complaint against one of my officers with spelling like that I would most likely have you put in a cell with the sodomites on account of your obviously drunk and need a few hours for it to wear off.

Re: Is this illegal?

well that statement in itself didnt make a bit of sense, i happen to thype really fast and i dont check for errors i could care less, and if that is yoru basis for that rebutle then just keep your comment to yourself makes absoultely no sense, or implication to my reply. Either way you slice it bud what i said was true, no officer is trained to use profance language in any given situation, i know if i had done it, i would have been fired upon 1 complaint. Seems to me that you just didnt like what i had to say and yoru nit picking.

You should have said you’re, not your.
(You're obviously drunk.)
