Re: Buying a 300zx tt

If you want light weight: Third gen RX-7.

If you want insane power potential: Mk IV Supra

If you want a down right sexy car that can easily produce extreme power and probably pay less than you would for a nice specimen of either of the latter: Z32TT

Personally...I'm a Z man...I love supras too, and If I couldn't get a Z for whatever reason, I'd hunt down a third gen RX-7 R1. I LOVE those cars...they're so "to the point": VERY Light...powerful...painfully fast even in stock trim (we're talking sub 5s to 60)...beautiful body...lots of potential...etc...they can be a bit of a bitch to maintain though.

The Z is, and always HAS been, a WONDERFUL car that found it's place "right in the middle"...not super expensive, but packs plenty of punch and fun as well as being very reliable, comfortable, well built and engineered cars. In the end, when they got very expensive, they met their demise...only temporarily though, we know now.

I guess all I'm saying through this rambling is that there are umpteenmillion cars out there that you can get oodles of power out of The cars in question in this conversation...third gen RX-7, supra, and Z32TT...don't really differ TOO much when it comes to power potential...but when you look at the whole picture of these cars, they're worlds apart...it all comes down to what you intend to use the car for.

What you're thinking isn't going to work. Not being a woman, you can't really whore yourself out with anywhere near the same effectiveness. Lets face it, dick is just not a rare commodity.

What is it with the obsession with GTR's around here. sure they can go fast but they look quite boring. i see far too many of them around. a 3rd gen Rx7 however would go hard and looks ten times sexier....

but for the price of them 300zx's are great. based on the amount that you would save by buying one you could put that into mods and have a far better car.

I haven't been to Australia but I would venture that seeing a Skyline in the US is comparable to the rarity of seeing a Corvette in the downunder.

Re: Buying a 300zx tt

finally somebody else agrees with me on the looks of a skyline. they look coold, but not that cool. i still say a z32, rx-7, supra, all look way better than a skyline. it is just the rarity of it over her in the states.

i dont know, maybe it is because its so rare in the states but i really like the looks of a r32 to r33 skyline better than a supra. the rx7 is up there with it and i think that the z32 takes all. just my opinion though. i would take an r32 over any of those cars any day. i would debate with myself for a while between a skyline and z32.

as for the 3rd gen rx7, i would probably never buy one unless i was stupidly rich, just becasue of reliability issues.

the supra has good power and what not but i do not like the looks of it enough to buy one over any of the other cars in its class.
