Fuck them...if it bothers you that much, do like I'm probably going to do: run the wires and everything under the center console into your armrest and put it in there. Nice and out of sight.

Brakes are probably going to be next cuz I need new ones anyway. I've cooked them a few times...not good...wobbles a bit now. They are old, though, so it's all good. Probably just going to keep the stock rotors, get some good pads and get steel lines. That should do just fine for me. Maybe get some slotted/cross drilled rotors down the line if I feel like it.
