Yeah right, I don't believe that shit. Thousands of years ago, when humans looked like animals and didn't understand each other, they were doing it. It's not really something you have to "learn". People in China are allowed one child per family, due to the population problem. Plus they has to register with the government first before they are allowed to have a child. Multiple children still happens (twins, rape victims, just not telling anyone) but it is hardly as bad as other places in the world. Although I doubt that would stop people from gettin' down.
