Hahahah you obviously haven't been here that long. Iv'e been here for a while, and trust me that is not the case. It's not how much you post, it's what you say in them. Anyways, he's the one who attacked me, not the other way around. I was just reminding him that flaming is for newbies and trolls. This thread is so far off topic now, I feel a padlock coming on

Good lord ppl what is wrong with you? Drifting isnt about power, its about weight and tires. I dont drift very often, but this i know. I never use power to drift, I use braking or flicking.

Besides...when you have 175 width tires (corolla rwd has 175/70) its not hard to break traction, whether through power or simple inertia.

i wasnt aware you were into drifting fliquer. you gotta admit, even though drifting isnt all about power, it DOES have alot to do with skill. and for those without enough skill to drift a 90hp non-lsd ae86 sr5 (like me and im guessing alot of people on this board), power, suspension upgrades...etc help alot.

but if i were ueo though, then id easily be able to throw around an underpowered car like the 86.

Re: Listen to this

Man There Are Idiots In Every Form Of Autosports...... I'm Glad I Don't Find This Shit Interesting Because The Stupidity Would Offend Me. I've Watched A Guy Drift A 240sx With A Bad Cylinder.... Its All About The Skill, Power Is Just A Handicap. If You Know What Your Doing You Can Get Anything To Work The Way You Want It, Hell I Can Drift My Race-kart It Just Take The Right Kind Of Finesse (sp?)

I wouldnt say im "into" drifting (not since I crashed my lsd equipped one (it wasnt while drifting)). Im just arguing for the sake of physics and logic - they arent my opinions, they're straight up FACTS.

Well damn, i dont think I could drift anything without a lsd, tho im sure there are those that can. Skill is they key though.

skill and diffs that slip in a fashion that can be called limited

and big wings

Re: Listen to this

Its all about physics. Inertia, equal and oppopsite reactions, ect. Newton would have been the king of drifting.
