Then an Angel will descend out of Heaven carrying the key to the Abyss and a chain - a huge chain. He will grab the Dragon, that old Snake - the very Devil, Satan himself! - and will chain him up for a thousand years, dump him into the Abyss, slam it shut and seal it tight.

After the thousand years the Devil will be let free to the earth and he will gather a great army from every corner of the earth. They will stream across the earth, surround, and lay siege on the camp of God's holy people, the Beloved City. They will no sooner get there than fire will pour out of the Heavens and burn them up. The Devil who decieved them will be hurled into Lake Fire and Brimstone, joining the Beast and False Prophet, the three will be in torment for ages without end.

Then will come Judgement. The dead will stand before the Throne and the Book of Life will be opened. They will be judged by what was written in the book, by the way they had lived. Then Death and Hell will turn in their dead, and each of them will be judged by how they lived. Then Death and Hell will be hurled into Lake Fire. This is the second death - Lake Fire. Anyone whose name is not found in the Book of Life will be hurled into Lake Fire.

Then Heaven and earth and everything will be new-created.

ICE! i say ice! heh, i think that the polar ice caps will eventually melt, thus all this fresh water rushing into the salt water, then it will freeze over, fuck up some water current which carries heat, freezing various other things, mess up the food chain, then some how we all die... New ice age right there!

Has anyone ever read that poem by Robert Frost? I believe it's called "fire and ice". Anyway, it poses the same question. I believe as crapmaster does that the world will end by fire as is foretold by the bible.

since this will occur billions of years from now i think we will find some way to survive. we have only been on earth for a few million years and look how advanced in technology we are. im thinking traveling to a different solar system all together, then so on: but its BILLIONS of years from now. so we have that much time to prepare. we'll make it. and anyway it would be stupid to think negative all the time and that the world will come to a fiery freezing death

who says its billions of years from now? I don't understand where people get that idea from... not to mention the earth is less than 10,000 years old

no, I don't have any relative guess because there is no possible way of knowing... I would assume in the next few thousand years but like I said, theres no way to know exactly...

the Bible says 'He will come like a thief in the night', so the only thing I do know is that it will be totally unexpected

Fire. the Rapture will come, there will be the greatest war the Earth has ever seen, the Devil's army of demons will battle Christ's army of Angels and after the Believers go to Heaven, only sinners will be left. they will destroy themselves. then I think Hell's Fire will soon engulf the Earth itself.

I agree with the beginning of your post, BUT it says that after the war, God will new create(aka remake) the earth and heaven will be on earth... but the earth as we know it will be destroyed yes, so you were pretty close

oh and for anyone interested in what heaven "MIGHT" be like. I say might because we don't know exactly, but these ideas are brought from people a lot smarter than me with a lot of knowledge and study... yada yada, you get the point...

The way I see it after hearing many many many many, how much is that? many many many ideas, is that people will live on earth in houses, in neighborhoods and all that, I doubt there will be countries as that just kind of splits people up. we will still have bodies but they will be made new and perfect as will the earth, people won't all be the same and think the same but they will accept peoples differences and arguements will simply be disscussions over some orange soda(ok so I picked orange soda myself) but I'm tired so if you have questions I can give you more ideas later... just ask
