I want one of those...

Yea, I´m searching an ITR. But I´ve found a lot of ITRs like this one. What I´m looking for is: under 40.000km, black or red, COMPLETELY stock, built in 1999 or younger, price should be something around 15.000,- Euro! 16" rims could be okay too depending on the brand (BBS would be fine for example!). So if you find an ITR like this in belgium or the netherlands, please let me know! Thanx for your help anyways, AccordCE8!!

no problem.

I already asked this question a few posts back, but does anyone know about how much it will aproximily(?) cost to swap in an atr (itr) engine?
I found a 2.4 liter (drilled 2.2 vtec) on the net that will fit my car, they asked about 6000 euro for it, they did not say how many hp it has got, and they give no guarantee on the engine at all. imo that is a bit expensive, although an (new) atr engine will cost more i think.

You could mail Hyperformance or Intertuning to ask a price quote. I know both these companies do engine swaps (the owner of hyperformance swaps engines a lot in his ITR, and Intertuning have put a B18C5 into a CRX).

I dunno about the swap but Völkl-Motorsports (should be in our list) is offering a 2.4l engine for your Accord (dunno about how much hp it´ll have got). It would cost about 7.000 Euro and they would modify your stock engine ( no VTEC). I would guess that a new ATR engine will cost about the same! Does anybody has got some dyno numbers or a serious test of a car-magazine about acceleration numbers of the ATR? Evo-magazine says it will need about 6,1 seconds from 0-100km/h and others say about 7,8 seconds. I´m asking because an used ATR (with about 30.000km) doesn´t cost much more than an used ITR anymore.....! But personally I wouldn´t swap an ITR engine into an Accord because it doesn´t has got much torque and your Accord will be heavier than an ITR! I mean, all sporty Hondas which are kind of "heavy" have got more displacement than the lighter ones! Um..., do you understand what I´m trying to say?? Just get an engine with at least 2.0l of displacement. Or buy a turbo for your stock engine. You would have a lot of torque that way!! www.hgp-turbo.de for example!
