Thumbs up turbo 20v

if youv got money a turbo 20v is the way to go. they have the exact same strength block a ze but you have to get ze pistons. i was talkin to rigoli proformance , they said you can run 30psi befor the heads crack. there one makes 410 horse power at the front wheels but big $$$$$.

haha runing gz pistons is risky if your timing belt brakes... take out everything!!!! gze crank an rods are needed but balancing them is important for rev's

Hi,

I've just got some new photo. I can't tell my in detail what I did to the car, mainly my rivals would know what I'm packing (XS), but i'll tell the ovious2.5 Tanabe exhaust system, cool air along with heat shield racing intake system, kyb adjustable with rs*r springs superstrut suspension, 17" rims, remap and excellent tunning.

hey AceNZ, sounds like you really know your levins. I got an ae101, 4a-ge with a tranny from a supercharged levin. I need new cv joints for her and was wondering if I could put in the cv joints from an mr2? I was told it had to be a turbo mr2 but I wanted to make sure. also, if you happened to have part numbers, I would really appreciate it. thanks

YOur also biased for and against particular engines. The 1ZZ-FE incoroporates alot of new technology that makes troubleshooting easier if your better with a scanner or electrical/electronic diagnosis. YOur 4AGE incorporates more outdated technology that is better for someone that is not as electronically inclined. Besides, anyone can do just about anything with an engine, providing they have the following: basic and some advanced fundementals, machanical knowledge, electronic basics, and money to burn. Its all about what in the end your going for. A person needs to decide what his/her goal is, and RESEARCH all related matter to come up with an educated goal and a plan to achieve that. Throwing out engines and such things are not a way to go.

No offence Corolla20v, but WTF!!

Please, I understand people use certain terms in forums not usually found in everyday speech, but I am sure you aint speakin english, if you are - then off the the intensive english course for few more lessons you go!

What the hell is a Bort and Polish? and if you are sincere enough, saying "No Lye" does not make me further believe you, rendering this sentence useless.

Anyway, back on topic - easy solution 4age NA as a quick transplant, GZE for some nippy streeting, 20v if you love the high po NA feel (170+HP) Turbo the GZE for some street killer cred and 20V Turbo for over the top (400HP+)
7A bottom end for heavier cars.

Rob Benk ( And me behind the scenes) shows what the AE82+20v+turbo+Alcohol is capable of - 10.51@138 no N20( 440hpatw) food for thought...
