135 in my prelude SH (there was a lot more room to go a lot faster but I had a passenger); 120 at least every day

135 in my 1994 integra rs (and it had a little more room to get faster but again I had a passenger)

120 in my 1987 CRX (and that took a while!)

150 in a 2k lude with i/h/e vafc and still had a little room to go.

Only on a track with a real long straight, or an oval with banked curves.

A few years ago, Montana hiways had their speed limit posted as "Reasonable and Prudent Speed". There was no speed limit. But I hear people were taking advantage of it, so they went back to having a speed limit.

I was fortunate enough to drive through there when there was no speed limit. I was unfortunate enough to be driving a '96 Mitsu. Galant with a wife and two kids in the car. Only got to do 80mph. Sucked.

I go around 75, don't like to get rock chips on my bumper and hood. fastest probably 110 at 5.5k rpm.

123 mph in an automatic 1994 prelude si. i have an intake and straight exhaust so i think its a pretty decent top out.

with different engines for the lude more importantly for the 4th gen does that mean they have different gear ratios which affects what rpm you will be at when your at a certain speed? Like if i had an S going 80 would my rpm be higher than somone on 5th gear in say a Vtec? k thanks

i usually go aobut 70 and topped out at 90 some on 287

The H23 tranny has a longer gear ratio than the H22 tranny. The H22 tranny will cause you to rev higher, but that's what the H22 was made to do, hence +1k on the redline.

I have no idea about the S tranny.

i have a 92 Si 4ws and i had her up to 135 against a civic about 2am on a highway in PA. I was pullin far away so i backed off, but she still had more to go.

240km/h not sure how many mph that is....but i had to slow down cause my passenger was yelling at me cause it was raining...

ive only been to 115mph at around 7k in 4th. i have a jdm ecu so i still have a speed gov in it. ill be getting a new ecu next week, so if im ever alone on the freeway ill be able to top it.

i had 142 out of my 2.2 vtec uk spec totaly standard not bad huh lol
