anyway, Derek, my steering wheel should be in the second week of Dec, wanna buy my factory steering wheel?
I really should have gotten the black interior in the first place.
I did spend a gip of money...hopefully I can make it all back with the seats I have for sale.
Are you getting an aftermarket steering wheel? How much would you want for it (not including the airbag)?? The local shop is asking 100 to re-wrap mine, and I had the airbag painted. Whatever you think makes sense I guess i'll go with. Let me know [email protected]

P@
$200 Dollars for the seats form thr Wrecking Yard
$25 for the carpeting from the wrecking yard
$50 for all the rear seatbelts from the wrecking yard
$25 for the Center Console + Arm Rest from the wrecking yard
$100 for the Dash from the wrecking yard
$300 shipping
$300 on misc shit I didnt even end up using
$300 to get most of my original pannels painted + Dash
$65 dollars to get paint made to match, tht didnt even end up matching.
Luckily I have my cars fsm so I did all the labor myself. Thats 300 bucks saved right there. Im telling you people, this thing pays for itself.

The dash turned out to be broken cause the stupid fuckers didnt know how to remove it properly, so I had to dye my original.

I got lucky and found a unked G20 thanks to a post on af. For anyone considering doing this conversion, please do me a favor and DONT!! Your better off selling your car and buying one with a black interior.

I still have to redo the headliner ($160), get the trim pieces up there painted (free), get my rear view mirror painted or get an aftermarket one, Re-Wrap the wrinkled vinyl pieces that attatch to the door pannels ($100), get driver + Passenger side seatbelts ($250 a pop from the dealer), and i still need a freaking steering wheel, the dealers asking price is $750). I now have no money, and my shits still not done. Please, beware... dont go through with this conversion, its just not worth it. Although I am satisfied, the fumes from the paint are giving me a headache. Anyone have any tips on getting rid of the smell besides using air fresheners? Hahah Atleast my interior isnt beige anymore.

Now since my dumb ass decided to crash the car a couple of times, the white compound fromt he body shop decided to get itselfall over the car. I have to pull both bumpers as well as some engine detailing to get all the white stuff out. YAY!!

If you store the car in a garage leave the windows and sunroof open. Or you can drive about 80mph with all the windows down and all the smell will be gone in about 10 miles or so. But since the paint is not fully dry yet the fumes will build up agian.
