Strange, the only smoke I saw from your car was the stuff pouring out of the tailpipe when I looked in my rearview mirror - and I had a passenger too - you only had the extra weight of your neons

I would turbo the zc, that would put you at the same as the cost of a b16 install, but would put you wat past it's horsepower range 175-190 w/turbo, compared to 140 with the b16. then you can always upgrade the internals if you want more than 200whp. you can get everything you want for the zc as you can the b16, just not much to choose from. If you want billet cams, you can get those from HKS for $300 each from takakaira.com, ef-1, webcams, zcbrothers, makes cams for the zc but they are regrinds, jun makes camgears for the zc, also from takakaira.com for $300 total. as far as springs and retainers, dh-racing can line bore your head to accept ls (b18a, or b18b) springs, which will open you up to alot of different choses for valvesprings and retainers.

Trust me you will be alot happier with the ZC turbo setup...First of all, going with the B series motor in the 4gen cars...you wont like the vibration...unless you get the real good vibration free motor mounts...The ZC will just bolt right in using your stock motor mounts...ZC turbo will give you more pull, trust me i know...Extensive freeway top end power...You'll definately smoke all motor B-series setups....depending on how built they are...i ran 14.4 on my 16" enkei's on street tires...you wont be disappointed...

sorry to go OT but...

one of jer's co-workers has a 1st gen crx. we saw him out and about 1 night. he rolled up on the si and playfully hit jer up to race. both cars took off at the light...the si stomped the crx throught the first 2 gears and jer let off in 3rd to let them catch up. the pass. in the crx (another co-worker) makes a comment about "you might have been quicker but you blew smoke"...jer replies "my smoke was faster than you"

okay, i'm done now. you will be returned to your regularly broadcasted posting....
