SPEC-V might be faster by 0.3 - 0.4 sec from the few runs i've raced against a friend....
last summer i did 16.004 on my first time on the track with shitty tires but i should do better next week... no more snow... so i can test my CAI it should give me a time of 15.6 - 15.7 Maybe if i add some nice stickers i could gain another 0.2 - 0.3 seconds ehehhe... I'll let you guys know...

You shouldn't have a problem with any Civics or RSXs aside from a Type S.
And with minimal mods, you could beat those as well.
