Re: Ferrari 430 Scuderia 1/24 Fujimi

Man those buckets look sweet! Thx for the tip, bro! I like the brake discs too. Nice that Fujimi did multipiece brake calipers, kinda makes me wanna buy one F430Scud =D

I forgot to mention about the rear muffler. If You would've grinded too much of those "rivets" (dunno what You'd call 'em) You could glue styrene strips to replace them.

Thanks, the calipers made life easier with the PE brakes but were a little 'fiddly' to put together firmly for me.

Re: Ferrari 430 Scuderia 1/24 Fujimi

Other than the belts the seats are done. I sprayed some matt clear on them to protect them and its made them a bit shiney

Also finished covering these parts with carbon. Just need a bit of painting and some PE and they are done.

Re: Ferrari 430 Scuderia 1/24 Fujimi

Another little update:
Finished this part with some BMF, paint and PE so the engine bay area is now complete.

Finished the CF between the seats and also finished both the the insides of the doors.

Re: Ferrari 430 Scuderia 1/24 Fujimi

I like what you've done with the seats. Body looks great and the colour combo works well. I've got 2 on my desk staring at me to get started and I'll definitely be looking back over this thread for pointers . How did you go about painting the dashboard? The semi-flat finish looks good.
