No, Elon Musk owned chassis #067, the car that caught fire earlier this year in the hands of its new owner. Prior to Musk's ownership, #067 belonged to Gerd Petrik of Florida. Both cars came into the USA as Ameritech F1s, along with 5 others prior to "Show or Display" exemptions becoming a reality.
