Yeah 3100, I realised that after I posted the pic, on the 94-95 thier were two seperate flashers. Though Ive seen some 94-95s with only one. That's why I mentioned it could have 3 or 4 wires.
That's about as odd as the 95's having the ODB 1.5 hybrid.  Glad it was just the flasher green-giant32! And glad to be of assistance.
