Great stuff, it really came out beautifully. Very nice work (but the background is a bit strange for it ).

No worries. On further thought, I think this was the first version Tamiya released of this kit- and they almost definitely had access to the actual car to study it. If that hook is correct for any GT2, the Taisan version would be it.

Well Mark, your GT2 turned out simply great. As I already said with a comment on your epic 360, I like your approach and many of your brilliant ideas and all those lovely small –but important- details here and there. Bare metal foil in strategic position on the taillights turned out really nice.

Hi William! I dunno what's next, I had something planned, but it's not happening, so I'll probably just plug along with the other Porsche (964 RSR). I'm gonna run into big decal problems with that thing though, so I'm not sure if I can finish it properly right now. I'm also tempted to try a rally car. Anyway, we'll see. Are you still doing your F1 - what was it again?

This is a beautiful build and on my want list. Where did you get the hood pin kits? I don't always add a lot of detail to my builds but those alone would make a build look much better.

The hood pins are Modelers, I picked them up randomly at a modeling show. I have no idea if they're any better or worse than other brands. Crazy Modeler would have them too I'm sure. Try searching for them, all the major internet stores should have stuff like this.
