You're already on the right way when you acknowledge your mistakes!
I'll get in contact with you for the mistaken shipping method.

The credit card handling company has some restrictions on certain countries and zone like Russia and Indonesia etc which are know for fraud,
unfortunately this stops real customers paying, this is to protect our business
as loads of people every year want to use stolen credit cards.

For those countries we recommend Western Union therefore they can only send CASH and that is far safer, Yes I know the fees are high in places, but get friend to club together and spread the costs .
Regards Steve

Re: Contacting Hiroboy

Thank you Steve for your answer. Well, i don't live in Russia, but also not so far away. I'm disepointed becouse exactly your webstore where i could buy everything i need, is restricted by paying with Credit Card. Is interesting, buying by Credit Card in Germany and Belgium is not o problem and are no restictions. I will get some informations to see if transfering the money by Western Union is an alternativ, if not i will need to look for alternativ paints and clears.
Thanks anyway!

Well, I finally contacted Steve via email, and he has re-shipped the order. I hope this one makes it here! Thanks to Steve for dealing with the problem and doing the right thing.

Re: Contacting Hiroboy

Just to follow up, I received the order today! Thanks again to Steve for resolving this problem. I also promise that if the original order ever shows up, I'll return it to Steve. I guess my mistake was in not being more persistent with my emails. By the way, excellent packing job on the order.
