The Toronto, (Canada) cops use a variety of small cars for parking enforcement, full marked and sometimes with lights.
These include the Prius and (the best) the Smart car. It's pretty funny seeing a fully marked cop car that's just 6 feet long.

A few streets from my house there's a Prius done up in Police livery - I haven't seen one on the road, but it's parked outside someone's house with proper Police ID.

I was watching speeders and in tampa they have a white F-250 CC SWB SB running traffic enforcement.

the nastiest undercover cop cars i've seen are the Ford Festiva and the Toyota Corolla

There used to be LS1 State T's around here but not anymore. I gues they decided a premium gas consuming motor in a car that was RWD (great for winters) and was a 2 door just wasn't the best car for patroling in. I'm glad my tax dollars went to purchasing them.
