You sound like youre talking about me Mr Deschot, worked hard all his life and now decided to sell everything to realise a 16 year dream lol.
I expect it to be very near to running on a shoestring but am determined to at least give it a try even if i cant hang on to it for the rest of my driving days.
Anyway there will come a day when getting in and out will be impossible lol
