It is a 32 pin connector with pin 1-2 blank and pin 31-32 blank no wires to them pins.

I would be working on the code if it keeps coming back.
Get the repair flow chart for that code and go threw it step by step.
A factory repair manual or the all data sub.

The all data on line sub has code repair flow chart and should have the VCM pin outs and pin test.

switched relays in glovebox and wiggled wires under hood and got a pulse for about 5-6 pulses then nothing

i have the same year make and model same code po1351 no injector pulse at times changed everything and still the same code checked all grounds and vcm plugs even ran new wires from control mod to vcm and from injector to vcm and still only a few pulses at the injector at times

i think the problem maybe in the ignition switch droping out voltage while cranking?

Engine and engine code.
What pcm or vcm does it have?
Is it losing spark to or just injector pulse?
