Messing around with someones car isn't a nice thing to do but i also believe in sweet revenge. the oldest trick in the book would have to be putting a potato up the exhaust if you wanna keep things simple. most other things were already covered but there is also putting suger or something in the fuel tank that'll chew up all the internals next tim ethey go for a drive. but if you have the resources and like to be a little extravagant get some liquid nitrogen and a heap of shaving cream cans and make sure their car is unlocked. dunk the cans in the liquid nitrogen, peel em open and thow them in. 12 cans will fill a medium size car and compress it a little. make sure you do this on a cold morning so the windows would be fogged up and they wouldn't notice andything. its a real killer trying th get this stuff out of the upholstery too.
could also try and get one in the glovebox

Also, sugar in the gas tank wouldnt do anything... it would either just sit like sediment on the bottom of the tank or the strainer on the pump or the fuel filter would pick them up. If you really dumped a shit load in something might happen, but I think it would take a real solid amount of sugar to do any damage.

So its time for Joe's inpute. I say do dave's idea of fucking credit up, really goes a long way. And then, do everything else that everyon e mentioned (fuckng the car up, fucking the people up, and fucking their credit up.)

Last fight I had in highschool 11th grade was in a class where a kid was just being annoying. Teacher couldn't get him to shut up, so the teacher gets up and goes to do something in a closet and he comes back and I have the kid against a back corner and I'm just lighting his ass up. Everyone is cheering me on and he looks like he's about to pass out from so many blows to his face and stomache. Long story short, it was second to last day so I just fucked him and didn't go back until my last year. The kid would see my walking by and he would turn as pale as a fucking ghost.

If you want to get really crazy about it you could hook up some 12 volt dc actuators and a wireless remote system to a mechanism to run a razor blade with downward tension and install it along their struts on the front and have the blade in direct cutting contact with the brake line.

Follow them around until they get on the freeway , pull up next to them , flip them off and speed up and get to about 100 mph or so after they are pacing you , start hitting the remote and they keep mashing that bitch until you think the brake line has been damaged enough to blow under pressure or is cut through until leaking.

At this point , swerve into them and continue to do so without making actual contact and they should instinctively try to avoid collision by jerking to the right and using brakes to correct..when this happens , nothing ...On a freeway + no brakes = Dangerous. =)

Well , no fingerprints on file with NCIC = no worries. Gloves to avoid leaving such said fingerprints and how and who could prove you did it. It would have to be a bit more elaborate but that is the 'just' of something to do. =)
