I just found out my ex, who I still love, almost got raped, so im pissed off at a diff. situation...IM kinda depressed too, cuz I still love her...

Man that sucks I would say try to find someway to clear your mind for a weekend like go camping or something where you can go and think. Try to figure out Why you love her still cause holding on to someone is bad i still kinda do ever since i lost my fincee (a week after my bday so like 10 months now) I've been dating really nice girls that i can't commit to cause i still love her I'm almost ready for a g/f but alot of people don't understand that you need to grieve to move on you might be still grieving not depressed. Either way man i hope things clear up for you i understand stuff like this. so if you need to talk feel free to PM me if you want.
