Cool deal. Thirty days is a good amount of time. How many days you have altogether? Where are you stationed at right now?

Dang...90 days!!! I don't think you can even accumulate that much time in the Marine Corp. Anything over 60 at the start of the new fiscal year (October) and it gets taken away. Are you taking a commercial flight home? I flew home from Japan twice when I was stationed there. I flew commercial out of Hiroshima and actually flew back to Korea before going to Frisco. The second time I went on leave, on the way back, I had a 12 hour layover at the airport in Korea...Incheon I think. Anyway that airport is pretty freakin big and if you like asian girls...It's a WONDERFUL place

Hey, did you still want the mirrors? Like I said, I probably can't get them that cheap. Everyone always says everything is so cheap on ebay, but I have no idea. Well anyway, let me know

How do you like Korea? When do you leave Korea for good? Have you taken leave already since you've been out there or will March be your first time? Do you go out to town much? Do they have any motorsports shops out there? I went to Autobacs and Yellow Hat when I was in Japan, but I only bought things from Autobacs.

Hmm...when do you rotate out? I was in Japan from May 17, '01 until Aug 7, 02. I didn't like being stationed there too much. My Gunny was kind of an asshole. He was a D.I. at MCRD San Diego. He wasn't real hard core or anything, but he probably knows EVERY Marine Corp order. I would have only been there for a year, from May '01 until May '02, but if you have less than a year until your EAS, they involuntarily extend you rather than rotating you back to the states. I was stationed in Yuma,Arizona before that and I LOVED it there. It was a pretty small town, but it was just so different from where I grew up in Sonora.
What time is it there now? Are things pretty laid back for you? I was in Avionics so it was probably a little less stressful than other jobs. Laid back meaning how you're treated by higher ranking people. Sometimes it seems like the Marine Corp is all about, who do I outrank so I can be a dick to them. LOL Can't say I miss that.

When is your EAS? Do you know where you'll be going after this? Hey do you have any pics of your car? Do you have a car over there? A guy I worked with bought an R33 Skyline for $3,500. He got out before me, but he's married to a Japanese girl so he stayed over there. How is the base? It must be real nice. I was at NAS Pensacola and it was a pretty nice base. Are there any Marines where you're stationed? Hey you know what I heard. I heard that in Pensacola, air force personnel got paid hazard pay for being around Marines. I think they were pretty much told to stay away from us because we're psycho
