disconnect the ecm connector that the cps wire goes to .. check for corrosion. if none remove all connectors and check for corrosion or green slime on gold fingers...if all clean recheck wire again from ecm to cps...make sure all grounds are clean and secure.....

iv'e had the connectors off the ecm and had the ecm off the car no
corrosion on them. ware would i look for the grounds for the ecm?

If you look close you will find ckp sensor wire goes to ign. mod., through there into another group to continue to ecm.
