i considered modifying a family car once cuz i had one and i concluded that A) its front wheel drive - no offense but the car is too long for front wheel drive etc B) its rolls like crazy in turns and is heavy. C) The turbo charged engine was wasted cuz you couldn't utilise the power in a turn and it still wasn't powerful enough to beat a lightly modified Si.
Couple this together and the car is useless for drifting

Actually I take the part back about being hypocritcal. I'm using my truck for what its worth, as a show vehicle. Which includes a few minor upgrades for a bit more power.

hehhe.... We already whored that forum over a while back. They got hold of a video of me racing a GTP running a smaller pulley (more boost) and whupping it's butt in my S2k.

They then proceeded to guess what kinda supercharger or turbo I had in my car to do that.

Needless to say, we ended up telling them all my car was stock, and the war ensued. Eventually a guy was supposed to meet up with me to run at our track with his "13 sec" GTP with JUST pulley upgrade. He never showed.

I find this very ironic, GP guys making fun of so called "ricers", though in this case he may be an import enthusiast (we don't know this guy other than their biased opinions). People driving cars that are built for family first, and performance second, for the most part have no room to make fun of anything.

I know a guy in St. Louis that had his GTP carjacked at gunpoint this past weekend (he even put dubs on it last week). Had to suck hardcore, came out from a restaurant to the thieves breaking in, when they pulled out a gun, took his wallet and his gf's purse, and drove of with it all.

In summary, those guys are ignorant fucktards, no use trying to explain things to them...

I agree wholeheartedly, but the fact of the matter is, the car is probably already stripped and messed up beyond repair. I just hope that he had insurance on it all, with pictures of it for proof.

insurance will cover anything that u have receipts for. so if he's got those, then he's fine (cept the fact that when u get ur car jacked its jus lame...had mine stolen once, an broken into another time). these guys on this forum are nothing. if u seriously want to see some ignorance an complete hate for anything but old american/euro cars, then check out www.ricecop.com those guys won't listen to any reasoning why imports have a reason on the tracks...they make these guys seem like lil school boys learning about sex-ed...

I really dont like bashing other honda drivers, but at this point how can you blow 11g's on a honda and it still be slow. You give me and hybrid 11g's and we could build you a fast ass honda for that price. I have to say when all said and done Ill have roughtly 19 g's in my CRX but thats A LOT of work. There wont be a stock part to the car or motor, all impoted from Japan. There fore wiht just 11 g's you should be able to build a damn fast car, seeing that Hondas are made to be able to be builst, strong and fast for small prices. Basically you got screwed that you paid that price and still have a slow car.
