Hi..

1st thing i would do before i start to mod your turbo car would be to get either an EGT or A/F gauge. then i would get a REAL boost gauge to replace the factory one as they arent known for their accuracy.

2nd thing i would do is get a Gus Mahon G valve. its a brass unit. very nice product. because your not intercooled. I would run more than 14psi as thats the limit of your fuel system. but due to your log intake, i wouldnt recommend anything over 12psi as the gains of adding more boost is next to negligable for this intake.

3rdly in order to get as high as 12-14 without having boost shutdown.. your going to have to install a Zener Diode to your map sensor. check the net for how to do this. i recommend Gary D's web site.

4th-ly.. if your have the time and $$, get a 2.5"exhaust system. the gains here are really good. your stock system is restrictive.. but dont be fooled by getting one of those mufflers labeled "turbo" on them, they are restrictive. Go to Gus's website, he did a very good article on muffler flow. or you can run without one-but check you local by-laws on this one.

@12psi you should gain 84hp over the stock NA version of your motor. or about 180hp at the crank. but its the lbs-ft that will have you smiling
