and looks like it doesn't have the buckles for the harness'

No, the S27 set doesn't have seatbelt hardware, while M&A does. On the other hand the S27 set has window wipers and brake disks, depends what you'd prefer. I don't care for PE wipers and disks so would go with M&A - whatever floats your individual boat.

There are plenty of other places to buy S27 online - R10, HLJ, MediaMix, Grand Prix Miniatures Australia. The M&A stuff on the other hand I've only ever seen at R10.
