You dont have to have a fast car to get speeding tickets, I got a 750 dollar speeding ticket in my 3.3l Intrepid, thats the base/slow model, it topped out at 118, and thats when I was clocked, in a 40 mph zone. Had to pay a lawyer 400 bucks to get the attempted suicide charge dropped and had to stay the night in jail. Wasnt too fun.

You know you're going too fast when your huge ass aluminum spoiler lifts your front end off th ground and you have no more traction to go faster... I was thinking of puttin one of those big spoilers on my hood, just to see if it helps...

When your useless hood scoop aids in ripping off your fake carbon fiber hood, and the hood while flying back dislodges your grocery cart spoiler, and then you lose all that downforce to your front tires, so you spin out, and hit a light pole knocking all your fake ass stickers and badging into the street, therefore causing you to litter.
See ricing can be bad for the environment!
