Today after a three day charge. The car started right up and it seem to be running fine. I took it for a 20 mile road trip and all seems to be fine.
I would like to thank all the people that helped me figure this problem out and get the car back on the road. This is a great place. Thanks again.
Your ECM is the PCM correct? It's located near the battery attached to the drivers side fenderwall. They are generically known as ECMs but Chrysler calls them PCM or Powertrain Control Module.

Sure appreciate you posting the fix. No doubt it will help someone down the road. When your next headache comes along, come on back.
