Your English teacher would be embarassed by your skills in comprehension and correct use of the English language.

Per your post, if a Scotsman named Scott is drinking a Bourbon, which is a whisky, then it can indeed be referred to as Scott's whisky.

Besides that, where, on God's green earth, in this thread, did I ever say Bourbon is even remotely similar to Scotch whisky? (aside from both being whisky).

What's next, calling Crown Royal that's bottled in USA an American whisky even though it's blended in Canada and shipped to the USA for bottling in casks.
