Re: Double 2006 Honda RC211V

Kane... the decals were really great. As mentioned above, Cartograf makes some of the best. The trickiest thing is to get the alignment right especially where you have overlapping decals.

Both bikes are pretty much completed. I still need to polish up the clear coats and add details here and there, but almost there. The exhausts were painted with various metallic shades and finished off using Tamiya's weathering pastels.

Here's a few pictures of the finished bikes as well as one of all the 2006 Honda's together.

Re: Double 2006 Honda RC211V

There's no denying, you do some really nice work. Consistent finishes on all three bikes. I'm no fan of his but, I do like the Stoner scheme..then so the Respol colours look good on the bike too. Well done.

I would have thought that a new, larger display cabinet might be a good idea!!

Excellent work as always Ole, have you done the new Kawasaki yet, or have I missed it?

I love the color-sheme of Stoner's bike.

The bikes are looking great.

Re: Double 2006 Honda RC211V

Great work Ole. I've been off the board for quite some time and missed a lot of the recent postings but you've done a stunner job on this combo. Heat staining on the exhaust systems is just perfect. Builds are clean and the decal job just dandy as always. My hat off.
