Seriously, not bad tho, the path was already paved for those numbers 20 years ago as Hypsi would contend, follow the recipe.
Ehhhhh aside from the displacement, the two engines have NOTHING alike. Not a single part can even swap from a series 1 to a series 2 engine.

And about the v6 parts scattering down the track.... nobody has yet found the limits of the 3800 series 2 block, and both intense's GTP and zzp's are knocking on the 8s IIRC

Re: V6 F-body...... 9.5 @ 136 mph

If your pushing 9's with a 3800, its not going to take long and you will be out all that cash. The same can be said about most v-8's tho.

Re: V6 F-body...... 9.5 @ 136 mph

Sounds rediculous. Cool, but I wouldn't do that to my car like that.
that little 3800 will blow hell up if that timing takes a jump or it misses. Although I was offered a custom job for my LT4, which there is NO reason toraise the CR any higher, for twin turbo.s. wtf i said no way he wanted like 8 grand too which aint so bad for a nice set.

Re: V6 F-body...... 9.5 @ 136 mph

8 sec's and he'll blow the motor down the track
But with his sponsors he should be up and running again, well after he removes the parts from his legs and feet

Unofficailly MY 3.4 GA SE is running in the mid 13's N/A.
Too add boost, I need about $5k in lower end mottor work, then I'll be set

Re: V6 F-body...... 9.5 @ 136 mph

$38K !!
I must have missed that part....

That's crazy money to spend on a V6.
You could buy a GTO or TA with a V8 for that

But then he wouldn't carry the title for owning one of the fastest v6's on the planet. Everybody has fast v8's.
