I depends on what you want. I understand that you may need the cash for certain things. That's okay that's up to you and your wife - and I'm sure if you put your mind to it, it can be done.

But you have to offset that against any sacrifices you may have to make elsewhere. I'm not saying you won't have time for your family but I'm guessing you know the difference between quality time and time that you are dead tired and happen to be @ home.

Here's some advice from someone who's burnt the candle @ both ends in his dim dark past

Eat Well (I'm not talking eating big but eating quality food - this is one of the hardest things), avoid caffeine and cigarettes (both can end up as a crutch), fit in some exercise with some fresh air (this could be just playing with the kids) and sleep well (exercise will help you out).

Don't do it too long. I don't have kids but from observation you only get to raise kids once. And from the sounds of things you have a great partner and kid - so talk to your family and see what they think too...

Sounds like hell to me. I'm sure if you want something badly enough you will do it. I would only do it for a short period of time though as you will no doubt feel totally burnt out.

On a less serious note, I hold down two full time jobs - Personal Assistant and Professional AF Poster. Both 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

sounds like my job.

anyway. I could take that kind of job, but I don't have a family. Beware of your mental health. I did that kind of thing once. 8am to 4pm worked at a sofware sales company, 5pm to midnight(at least) pizza delivery. But I wasn't doing much else. It does start to take it's toll.

If you feel you can handle it, go for it. But my vote would be to be with the family.

Nope, for everyone's information kris is a 'somebody'. He's currently ranked #1 for someone's favorite dad and hubby and is a regular AF COT correspondent and moderator. He's now shed the 'slacker' part of his title and is now he is #1 at being kris.

And I'll hear no one talking about kris like that.
