Numbers like these don't really do that much.
The civic and the focus are both around 21, and end up with a 1/4 time of 16.7-8. The audi A4 has a 38 and has the same 1/4 time. It also doesn't factor in gearing or how the advertised hp and tq doesn't always add up to the whp and wtq.

Did you read what I posted or did you just look at the chart? Most of this information I had to find 3rd party from differrent sites. I dont know how accurate the 1/4 times are. The audi time seams a little high, it is most likely a lot lower.
