If you did a leak check, like you said you did, then there is no reason to remove anything from the intake track.

I found the damn leak. The hose connecting the j-pipe and other IC pipe was off just slightly. I slipped it back and now it's running much better.

Not sure yet. I'm checking my IAC as well today to see if I'm getting power to it because when I push the clutch in to come to a stop my RPM's drop down to about 300-500 and sometimes just dies. So I'm going to check that today to see if it could be messed up.
