Yeah, I really broke them But thank god for strene sheets and glue!

Pics will have to wait until atleast tomorrow, cause I took the pictures at my friend's place.

The blue is TS-23 Light blue, yellow is TS-47 Chrome Yellow.
I'm sure the yellow is right on, but the blue could be a tad lighter~

edit: ouch, after another 2 hours of work, the rear suspension is done now! YAY! Just test fitted wheels on them......oh gosh, the camber! haha, nice~ I think I'm going to save the brakes for another car and cut out circles from strene sheets for brakes on this S2000.

Did you just go by the hinges for the back, too? What did you do for the control arms, some thing I guess? Can't wait to see pics!

I'm sure the camber is fine... the real car has like -4° camber in the rear...

ehhh, kids don't try this at home~
I used a candle to heat up the plastic so I can bend it...and some kinda melt But that's ok, I replaced it with strene sheets.
Hinges for all 4 wheels!

Whoa!! Scandalous!!

Good job! :smoka: What did you use for the exhaust pipe? Also, (I know I ask a lot. ) any chance you can get a mock-up shot with the body tset fitted so we can see where the wheels ended up in relation to the fenders?

I just picked up the Work Emotion wheel set (my first wheel set!! ), and was totally impressed that Fujimi actually included the "Work" decals that go around the hub of the wheel. Good job for once, Fujimi! Too bad the tires are street tires... :o

The pipes? Oh they are just part of the tree that I glue together For the body test fit, I'll try to get some pics. I can tell you now that the top of the wheel is 1mm below the body, it's that low.

These new wheels from Fujumi are pretty nice, if only they could be bigger couple with some Advan slicks (like the box art ). I want to strip the gold paint (or is it plating?) and repaint it white, do you know how I should go about doing that?

Agreed. Mine are going in the CSC bucket as soon as I get home.

In a few of my reference pics for these cars, instead of having the "gold" wheels all the way around, it has white wheels in the rear. Any idea why?

Yes, I know this is a later version of the car... Notice the Mugen hood and front bumper.

Wow!! Holy *beep*
I've never seen that before, now I know what you mean by late version.

If that was a drift car, the different wheels would make sense, but for a race car?!

I dunno. Here you can see they're still Work Emotions, but they're white. You can see the lip of a "gold" Work wheel in the foreground...

BTW, turbos86, did you get my PM?

Maybe the different colors is easier for the team so they don't mix up the front and rear tires

PS: Yup, reply already~

Just an update...

My CSC was unable to get the gold paint off the wheels... Whatever kind of paint they used sure is stuck on good! I still intend to paint over them; I'll just give them a light sand then primer and paint over the existing paint...
