Re: New video of "Slowass"
Ahh I see you have the larger diamiter primaries kooks headders, I'm thinking of getting a C5 and looked into those thinking I would go back and get them once I have the car. And we both use MSD wires, great minds think alike?

Re: New video of "Slowass"
I wouldn't recommend the larger primaries on a stock LS1.
1 3/4" will be more than enough.

Re: New video of "Slowass"
A reasonably stock LS1 can't flow enough to use that large of a header, you need some back pressure for it to run right. Putting too big of a diameter header can actually hurt performance.
If you're running a big setup like Luos is, then bigger primarys will help. Since he's pumping a lot of air through.

Re: New video of "Slowass"
Yup.
I am barely pushing enough to utilize them myself. 1 3/4" primaries will flow enough for over 500 to the wheels. I actually probably loose a touch of power down low because of them. A stock'ish' LS1 would most likely loose a good amount down low and not gain anything over a 1 3/4" up top.

Re: New video of "Slowass"
As I thought, people always say backpressure or you loose torque.
