B seriers Nazi's, that made me laugh so damn hard.....Not everyone can afford a b-series swap,and some of us swaped the the d-series just to be different,I ran the 1/4 mile last week with 2 friends...nothing real serious a 99 si ran 16 flat(couldnt hook up) and a 93 ls teggy ran 15.8 i ran 15.4, it's all good...so quit preaching the b-series swap like it's the only motor thats fast (aZn*RaCeR*cHiCk).
Either that or go take some prozak.......

get a 4th gen EX tranny! I've heard from multiple sources that it's much better in the final drive gear. I guess I lucked out that my civic IS an EX with a good 5-speed tranny in it. I'll be using it with my turbo Z6/Y8 swap.....
oops I was trying to keep it secret, guess we'll see who reads this far

ZC tranny, Si final drive, Si/DX/HF 5th gear, depends on how much gas you want to save...
that will be the shortest geared tranny for the d-series cable...

Kinda funny actually i have a 88 crx dx with a b16a i/h/e with a little over 170hp w/ everything it costed about 4,000 now on the other hand i have an 89 crx dx with the d16a6 engine and tranny swap w/costom turbo kit pushing 174.6 wheel hp and 170.3 lb-ft torque at 6psi but this entire swap w/turbo only costed 1,000 both cars run the same 1/4 mile time (just about).

Damn this is an old post. What turbo setup do you have man? Thats pretty impresive for a D16a6 at only 6psi. I want to do the same thing so if you could describe it a lil, it would be really appreciated.
