Cause I'm about 6'1 - 6'2 and about 210 and I'm proportional, Not fat, not skinny.

Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order.

Shiiit man, What are you doing to loose the weight?


Once I move I'm going to be going to the gym full time. I used to be pretty big into lifting and I was pretty big while I was in the Marines. I just kinda got lazy, I want to get back into it, and cut up my frame so it's all muscle. I'm not to concered with mass.

Basically my weeks have been consisting of 5-8 hours of ultimate frisbee practice (pretty close to the same workout as soccer but no kicking obviously), running between 15-30 miles a week, and walking around this huge campus. Also, I have been cutting calories, normally I get between I'd say like 2000-2200 calories a day, this week its been down to like 1000-1200 since my fuckin knee went out on me and I cant keep up my exercise regimen. I am going to weigh in Friday before I leave to go to my brothers wedding so I will have an official new weight. It should be down around 193-194. I am aiming for 180 which I think is a good goal, I still have a bit of stomach/lovehandle fat. For now I am just concerned with loseing weight and not muscle mass. My legs are pretty built, all these years of running, biking, and weight lifting have beeng good to them. My upper body is like a medium build, but its not toned to well. Once I get done losing fat I will worry about packing on some more muscle, but I mostly want to be toned and thin.

yeah it's just this whole studying all day and eating fast food 3x a day = 40 pounds gained in less than 2 years

Ohh I know. When I got back from my second deployment, I sat on the couch and drank a 30 pack everyday for about six months. I gainted uhh, like 40 lbs as well. Just from bing drinking instead of eating a rather delicious buffet.

Shit guys all this talk about weight class makes me want to tell you that I fight at welterweight (170-156 lbs)
