Re: 3.8 v6 supercharged swap

Sorry for the BIG FONT ,and yes there is a pontiac grand prix daytona 500.I forgot to put grand prix in the first one. Here it is,and not turbo "supercharged"

See Daytona its a rare care I think they only made 5000 or something like that.
My buddy Ed has 1.

It even has it on the seats. So Pontiac dose make a daytona.

I know you can put any thing in any thing,I meant without messing up the body too much.
heres a CRX with a Detroit500 in it.

Yeah no shit dude which is why I would swap a different engine into it .

As for the Grand Prix Daytona, I knew about that car already this guy I know has the exact same one as that grey one you posted only limo tint on all windows. And anyway that is the exact same engine as in the GTP so you dont need to swap an exact daytona engine you can get that engine in a couple different cars.

Oh and that the CRX is old knews

Re: 3.8 v6 supercharged swap

Yeah I was talking about the cody posted, so there were more than one of those yellow cavys built?? then by all means throw some pics up bro. I found that old thread that lance made a long time ago but all the pics were deleted off it...

*EDIT* Are you sure they are different? it looks as though they both have the same rims on, maybe parts on the engine were just changed??

EDIT #2 after further review those are definatley the same cavys, look at the tint, rims, right were the hoods meets the front bumper there are 3 line type things on both. and notice that the engine block on both of those is the same yellow. They just put different hoods, valve covers and they add that blower intake to the one with the cutout hood.

Re: 3.8 v6 supercharged swap

HAHA yeah you cant accuse me of not doing my research (caught that before you edited it lol) and yes I have plenty of free time since im not doing anything tonight

*EDIT* To clear up what I was trying to say in that other post is my guess they had it setup for 2 different ways...

1st having it so they can drive with only a cowl hood and the engine now exposed. (hence the smaller valve covers, cowl hood)

2nd having it to drive with engine exposed hence the cutout hood, larger valve covers, and blower intake.

sorry im really bored so I felt like explaining myself
