Re: Over heating?

well the 84-87/7's had t3 turbo's, they went to the smaller t25's when they switched over to the W series engines...

anyway masood have you tried cleaning out your radiator? completely flushing your coolant? i know tons of guys running stock radiators at high hp levels and not having a single problem with overheating...

Re: Over heating?

15 psi on the t3 is pushing it, but with an intercooler most people are ok... as long as the turbo is in good shape anyway.

running that unintercooled is asking to be shot

Joe has the 85 300zx turbo w/ fried rings, Matt has the 86 300zx N/A and wants to buy the turbos from Joe because Joe is parting out his 300zx turbo, two different cars

Re: Over heating?

I thought that if u put it in front of the radiator u might run hot or overheat because the water running through the block cant cool enough

Re: Over heating?

nope... hks even had a kit that used the front mount... along with 95% of any other aftermarket turbocharged car that's running an intercooler (they use a front mount configuration)
