Re: I was reading the faq and wanted to add.

its cool man, its just ya came here and speak on mid 14's for the sl or r/t n/a and then speak on the vr4 with a 100 more horses only able to push upper 13's, it just doesnt sound right.

i would think if any human on earth can make a bone stock sl or r/t run mid 14's, then hell, he should be able to run damn 12.9s with a vr4....know what i mean?

its just a difference of knowledge and thats that...welcome to af, i hope you stick around because we all have lots of knowledge to share with eachother
and were all friends here and its a good community to be in

Not to say you're wrong, but I wouldn't expect that at all. AWD launches are completely different from FWD launches. Easier, yes, but being amazing at getting a FWD down the 1320 really fast doesn't always mean you're a pro at AWD 1/4's.

Re: I was reading the faq and wanted to add.

i see your point, but drag racing isnt all in the launch
regardless how well he launched, a 14.5 is pretty much impossible in my eyes
unless your at or below sea level with a factory freak and the best driver around all in one.

And for sure their are alot of interesting characters I've noticed throughout some of these threads. By the way I wanted to mention I own a 94 camry le v6 for the family and a 92 vr4 (mystic blue) my baby. jp

camry for the win! nice choice. great cars. my parents only buy toyotas.

Mystic blue...mmmmm...that's my favorite color of the 3S cars. then Danube Blue, then the teal green color (forget the actual name), then the silver color.
