If you look back of haynes repair manual.
Common Spark plug condition, and I saw your spark plug it look like this description, High Speed Glazing Symptons: Insulator has yellowish, glazed appearance. Indicates that combustion chamber temperatures have risen suddenly during hard acceleration. Normal deposits melt to form a conductive coating. Causes misfiring at high speeds. Recommendation: Install new plugs. Consider using a colder plug of driving habits warrant. That my  , try using NGK BPR7ES.
