OK, I just checked and Jay's NX was indeed a 93. That should have an electronic speed sensor. I don't have a 93 FSM so I can't help there. You'll need a 93 wiring harness diagram to figure it out.

What do you have to wire up to the dash? The engine wiring harness doesn't have anything that connects to the dash. Well, maybe the 93 B13 does. I have no idea. I know the early one doesn't.

hoping to have the car done by the end of next week.....
Good luck.

woooohoooooo

Finally got the DET in my car...maaan, the car hauls ass!!!!!! power comes on at around 2500-3000rpm and just revs to redline in an instant. I can hear the turbo spooling as i plant down the pedal and my blitz BOV...pppshhhhhhhh...so freaking nice!!!! all the gauges are working and displaying proper readings. I need to install my afc to regulate the fuel, it's running a bit rich...and backfires occassionally but it sounds cool.
as soon as i fix my digi cam, you guys will be very envious...hehehe..jk
dotnknow if anyone has a DET motor in the P11 yet here...i've seen a cpule with turbo kits but anyway, i am finally happy with my car now that it's fast (out-ran a E36 M3 on the freeway baby!!!!)
some tips....most people thought i was using the obd1 sr20de ecu/harness but that turns out to be waaay too much trouble, mainly due to the dash wirings such as all the instrument panels. so i decided to keep the obd2 ecu and harness, took some parts off the DE's intake manifold (throttle body...etc.)....i know you guys are going to say "but the DE ecu isnt mapped for the DET and JWT can't do anything about it yet"....HA! problem solved. Apparently this company called umm....JUN (hehhehe) have already done many ECU remaps for 99+ SR ecus. So screw JWT! As soon as i save up some money, i'll have my ecu remapped but for now, my engine check light is on. (the TPS sensor and the crank sensor, which i accidentally broke, is causing the light to be on)
so while i pssshhing around the streets i am dying to see how the car perform and behave on the track. I think Buttonwillow is coming up...

What were you planning on wiring to the instrument panel? The engine harness doesn't connect to the instrument panel.
