Was it a new bumper? I wonder what kind of paint he used. The factory paint on my bumpers was well adhered, and PPG's spec for the use of flex agent says that "if the surface flexes less than 1/4" when 10lbs of force is applied, flex agent is not required with any of their acrylic urethane refinish systems" If an acrylic enamel was used, or it was a new unfinished bumper.....It'll pop right off. I would go back and see the dude and have him make it right. Good luck!

my car was a repo so I dont think i will going to find the dude who owned it before me lol.Thanks for props though it will cost 125 bucks to get it re-done because its friggen blood red.
