Ive seen em go for it many times, they are fast, and they handle well. BUT they cant do their claim to fame without alot of work. Rally (ever seen a Fiat Rally car from the 60's? Bad ass, I wanted to take a run in it, but I couldnt ) For the price, I think they could have maby made a few things better for the US version, but I do think its an excelent car. Maby there was a lil too much hype when it first came out but thats because it had just come out to the states, and many people wanted one and couldnt get it.

And NSX, stop being a :bathroom:. Bryan8412 said it best when he said "but to be blunt, don't take personal offense. I support civics that are tastefully styled and are considered quick, but when one goes by with only a pipe, rims that dont match, neons with their bulbs showing etc etc it gets annoying."

I hate when people dont take time on it at all, then act like their car is hot shit. The only styling on my car (outside of the engine bay) are the painted calipers, this I did before I went sleeper with it. I took my time, masked off everything, made sure only the caliper was sprayed.

I have seen calipers with some of the suspension sprayed
I have seen ricers who got the cheep paint job, and didnt mask off stuff so they have a pained symbol even.

All in all its about the idiots who dont take time or pride into what they are doing then they try to act hot. Most domestic guys also hate when a ricer puts on an intake and then says they can go fast. Especally when they dont even know how that intake works, much less the whole engine.

hey moron, say it with me: turbo lag, that's T-U-R-B-O new word L-A-G. Now lets try another one: four cylinders: F-O-U-R new word C-Y-L-I-N-D-E-R-S. Good. I'm sure you can get it someday.

LOL!

well first of all "limited powerband" is not how you describe turbo lag!

second of all - you obviously havent driven a turbo sports car from the last 15 years - because turbo spool up is so fast now - its about transparent - so your basing your opinion on a friends opinion - youve never even ridden in the darn thing - but because your friend says so that gives you an incredible knowledge base about the wrx and turbo'd cars. - lol

face it - your a ricer and know nothing about cars

grow up or shutup

he said he dosent like a car

you said it looks better than his car

now, you just made a flame "you know nothing of cars, yours is not good"

"second of all - you obviously havent driven a turbo sports car"

wrx isnt a sports car, its a rally car. I know what your saying, but from what I hear the lag is still very noticable. Unless your running an incredably small boost youll notice it. Street racing you need to know where your powerband is, or else you will try to act hot and do nothing. From a stop it dosent matter, but if your rolling and try to gun it, youll do shit if your way out of your powerband, and look like an idiot. If your at 2k RPM, and your turbo spools at 5, if you slam on it, your not going to go flying immediatly. (I have yet to drive a turbo car, so back off before you go trying to flame me, i'm just going off technal knowlage) If the other guy is N/A and slams on it, hell probally be flying infront of you as you look like an idiot, even if you do manage to catch up. Whereas if your at that 5 and you slam on it, youll fly ahead much faster, and the other guy will have to deal with you as your peaking which on turbo'd cars is much higher than when the turbo isnt spooled up.

Use facts if your going to start a fight, dont just insult him

Or else your alot worse than whoever your attacking. And to those of us who arnt just ricers you look like an idiot.

hahaha, true

The WRX is the only car of that group i'd give respect easy, the others are fast cars when work is done to them (if I rember the cars right)

I'd say, be cool with them, if they are asses, treat them so, if they are cool with you, give advice and see if you can end up leading them!!! HAHAHAHAH, BE TURRETO!...course youll need an rx7...but hey, whatever.

Exactly, wait and see. The car you think might be crap may blow your doors of some day. Just ask the guys at Mid-Ohio in F Production that have to fight with a 1978 Chevette Scooter. It all depends on the guy with the wrench in his hand.

umm ricerburner as in burning rice as in killing rice

and also - just because you slam it on a turbo'd car doesnt mean your not going to jump hard - because you still have all of the hp and torque from the engine as if it was normally aspirated then you get into the turbos range and your hp ramps up really hard - you can feel it kick in but its not exactly lagging

You are trying to say that bug-eyed cereal box on wheels looks better than my car? You need to stop inhaling household chemicals. And I read 4 magazines about cars.....motor trend, autoweek, car and driver, road and track........so don't even say I don't know sh*t about cars because obviously you don't know what the f*ck you are talking about. I also only own one issue of sport compact car and one issue of euro tuner, so I'm not a goddamn "ricer" or whatever the hell you want to call it. Get a clue.
