The person I spoke to at the dealership service center couldn't tell me what could be causing the problem - I would have to take my minivan in to be checked. A service bulletin was issued from Chrysler about this very problem. It seems that many of the vans have a similar problem. Tell your dealership to check with Chrysler. My van was fixed at no cost to me!
