Re: Mclaren F1 Road Car Badges

thats not the whole set Peleton. There is a Uneo car on its own, without thr laurel or winner wording. IIRC it was held with two pins. I only kepted this one and a Black F1 one...which reminds me, where did I put them

The pins were given out to employees, christmas cards and also attached to most press release folders. They were inabundance in Woking I had about 15 at one point,,,,having never asked for one

There is a picture IIRC on one of my older posts of the Ueno car on its own IIRC

btw - (I cant be bothered to start a new thread) little news for you guys. Godon Murray has joined Caparo as Advanced Concepts Director

Not only did I know this, but I have one in my own collection. Thanks for mentioning it.

I've seen a few others too - there's a '95 Gulf GTR/'24 Heures du Mans'/Dunlop Bridge pin, a '96 GTR short tail FINA Presentation Car pin, a '96 GTR Marlboro livery pin, a '97 GTR longtail Gulf livery pin, a '97 GTR longtail EMKA/EMI livery pin, and an "F1 to P1" pin which may or may not be related to the GTRs. The might not all be products of McLaren, but they are out there if anyone is overly excited about pin collecting.
